What an enquiry contains
The form collects your name, chosen contact details, suburb, the type of work, any timing preference and the message you choose to provide. A postcode may be supplied. It also records your consent to be contacted about the enquiry, the notice version and a reference number. The form does not accept photo uploads. Please avoid sending identity documents, financial details or information unrelated to the job.
How the information is used
Enquiry details are used to review your request, contact you, discuss the work and keep a record of the enquiry. Giving permission to contact you about a job does not subscribe you to marketing. The website does not sell your enquiry to a contractor marketplace.
How you found the website
We may record the page you arrived on and campaign identifiers in the link so we can understand where enquiries come from. This information is kept for your browser session and attached when you submit an enquiry. Optional Google Ads measurement is off until you allow it. If allowed, Google receives browser/network information, ad click identifiers, visited pages and a successful enquiry event with a random reference. This uses advertising cookies to measure which ads lead to enquiries; it does not send your name, phone, email or message. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalised advertising. Google may process this information outside Australia. You can decline or change your choice using Cookie settings; the quote form works either way. Services that help us run the website
We use Cloudflare to host the website, store enquiries and help protect the form from automated abuse. Resend delivers enquiry notifications to TLC. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy arrangements.
Security and access
Access to enquiry records is limited to TLC and authorised people who help operate the service. Our security providers may process network and browser information to detect abuse. Please avoid sending information unrelated to your job.
Keeping and deleting enquiries
We keep enquiry information to handle your request and related business records. Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 365 days. Email copies, exports and records for an agreed job may be kept separately. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Photos sent later
If you choose to email photos after an enquiry, include the reference number so they can be matched to the job. Email is handled through the receiving email service and its retention settings. Avoid unnecessary photos of people, personal documents or neighbouring private areas.

To ask what information TLC holds, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email tlc.trees.can@gmail.com with the enquiry reference if available. Explain the issue and how you would like to be contacted. TLC may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing a record.
