Submitting a form is a request to discuss a job. It is not acceptance of a quote, a booking or a guarantee that work can be undertaken. Scope, price, timing, access and any other job terms must be agreed separately.
Information about tree work
Website information is general. It does not replace an assessment of the particular tree and property, advice from the responsible authority or approval required for the work. Photos and descriptions may help explain an enquiry but may not establish a complete scope.
Urgent situations
Do not rely on the online form for an immediate response. Keep clear of damaged trees and contact emergency services if there is immediate danger. Calling TLC does not guarantee urgent availability.
Information you send
Provide accurate contact and job details where you can, and identify estimates as estimates. Only send information and photos you have permission to share. Do not include unrelated sensitive information in the form.
