Give us the whole picture
Include the number of palms, their location and anything close by, such as a roof, pool, fence or powerline. A photo of the whole palm and a separate photo of the access route can help explain the site.
Plan for the trunk, fronds and stump
Describe whether you want the palm removed and what you would like left at ground level. Ask how removed material will be handled, and include stump work in your enquiry if the area needs to be reused.
You don't need to know the species
If you know what type of palm it is, include it. If not, a clear photo is a good starting point. Details can be discussed before the scope of work is settled.
Check the property requirements
The location and any vegetation protection or property conditions should be checked before work begins. Share any existing advice or approvals with your enquiry.
